New 2021 Chevy Traverse Release Date, Colors – The Chevy Traverse 2018 redesign is already long, but our photographer Spy has already caught some facelifted test cars running on the streets. When we examine the Paras covering the front and back, the Traverse seems to adopt a slightly more aggressive, perhaps Blazer-like, face than before.

2021 Chevy Traverse Changes

The changes in the most obvious crossover lighting elements. There is a new DRL design tucked right next to the hood. Camouflage covers the rest. Currently, Traverse has an entire lamp and the DRL is built into a single unit, but that may not be the case here. Sitting under the DRL in itself, a separate fixture is what looks like a foglight or a regular light.

If it is a lamp, then Traverse will adopt the same stacked look as the Blazer headlights. Given the number of camouflage displayed on the front end, obviously, it seems like there is something new here that Chevy wants to keep under wraps.

We can not exactly look through the Grill blanket, but we imagine Chevy has something new in that department, too. The Traverse Black We’re looking at seems to be the Redline model, while the white one looks like a lower Trim level with a smaller wheel. Perhaps Chevy will work to emerge differentiation among Trim levels with this refresh, but the Blazer-Esque design seems like a bold choice for a family car like Traverse.

The backlight is the easiest change of all to choose, as they are hardly revealed. A much more modern LED display seems to be in the store, sporting a red accent more than ever. There is also an additional depth level on the fixture that does not exist in the current Traverse backlight.

2021 Chevy Traverse Engine

We have not seen a flurry of Traverse late news, but Chevy did a long drop 2.0-liter turbo option for 2019. It will not surprise us to see the latest GM of the 2.0-liter four-cylinder turbo that debuted at XT4 making its way to Traverse for a refresh. Expect to reveal to hit us one next year for a model 2021 years.
