We hope that the second generation of CRUZE will live through at least the 2021 model years and that the all-new, next Chevy CRUZE will start in the model 2022-2023 year timeframe if GM/Chevrolet does not cancel the model that supports the vehicle Utility crossover.
For the North American market, the 2020 Chevy CRUZE is assembled in the following two factories:
– CRUZE sedan assembled by GM USA at GM Lordstown plant in Lordstown, Ohio
– CRUZE hatchback assembled by GM Mexico at GM Ramos Arizpe plant in Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila
– The CRUZE is also assembled in the following plants for the global market:
– GM Gunsan factory in Gunsan, South Korea operated by GM Korea (closed as part of the Korean GM restructuring)
